San Lorenzo Beard Balm

Inspired by the Live of Saint Lorenzo Ruiz, the first Filipino Saint and Martyr. We developed this blend with our staff artist Johnny Isorena who runs the

San Lorenzo was a part Filipino & part Chinese who was taught to read and write by Dominicans and became a calligrapher. Falsely accused of murder he fled with some of the Dominicans to Japan where Christians were being persecuted. He was captured, tortured & killed for refusing to renounce his faith.

With notes of Sampaguita (a jasmine flower), green and white tea strains that were made popular around the time of San Lorenzo's life, and a hint of sage, this is a heady floral and bright blend that we fell in love with the first time we mixed it.
