Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • First Class Mail
    • Ground Advantage
    • Priority Mail
    • Priority Mail Express
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50 (if applicable).

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to 236 countries.
  • International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered."
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@catholicbalm.co.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute or reship packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
  • We are unable to re-ship any orders that were marked "return to sender" until we have received the package that was returned from the carrier.
  • If the package is delivered to an incorrect address and is not returned, we are not obligated to replace or refund the order.
